Hi, My name is Nichole Shirey. I am so excited to be supporting student success here at Pepper Drive!

What does a school counselor do?

I work alongside teachers, administrators, and parents to help students develop socially and emotionally, and to help remove any barriers they have to learning!

I provide a variety of services to students including:

• Solution-focused individual counseling

• Student check-ins

• Goal-setting

• Small group counseling

• Class lessons

• Referrals to campus based therapy services
